But, just as important is a website's credibility. How do internet users evaluate a website's credibility? Again, 46% of Americans judge credibility on the look of the design. Only 16% base credibility on information usefulness.

Your customers rely heavily on visual design - such as layout, typography, white space, images and color scheme to make credibility judgements on websites. So, don't lose a potential customer because your site doesn't scream credibility!

THE PROCESS

After you contact us, we send you a questionnaire that will help us put together your new website. Based on that information, we'll create some mock-ups of your new site.

The mockups are usually just the home page so you can review the design. If you like one of the designs, then we move forward in completing the rest of the site using the design you approved. At this point, we have all the content/text you have provided that you want in your site. If you have given us permission to add content from our own creative minds, we will do that too!

After we have completed your entire site using the design you have approved, we will contact you again. You get a chance to look over the entire website. If there are any changes you want made to the site, you can let us know at that time and we'll make the changes.

Your site goes live once payment is received.

THE DESIGNER

Your designer, Jean Moree, is a creative geek who has excellent skills in design, placement, use of white-space, and color schemes. She is constantly improving her skills in design and HTML coding to provide her customers a professional presence on the internet. She is detail-oriented and, yes, this last one is so very important, she can spell and write. Whoa! There are people out there who cannot spell and cannot form sentences. They do not need to be building YOUR website. Jean has a Bachelor's degree, a Master's degree, and a Specialist degree - she has done A LOT of writing! She also understands the importance of easy-to-understand navigation in websites...so YOU don't lose visitors.

Oh, and because she is a small-business owner - she caters to helping small-business owners get a professional web presence without breaking the bank.
